Pryor Middle School Band Instructor Collin Stout has been selected as Outstanding Young Bandmaster by the Phi Beta Mu Bandmasters Fraternity. He received the award Saturday morning, January 18, at the Oklahoma Music Educators Association (OMEA) conference in Tulsa.
Mr. Stout was nominated for this recognition by Mr. Speakman, who recognized his exceptional talent, dedication, and impact on our band program. This award highlights Mr. Stout’s outstanding leadership and his commitment to fostering excellence in music education.
