Special Guests and Recognitions at January Board of Education Meeting
The January Board of Education meeting was filled with celebrations and gratitude as Pryor Schools highlighted achievements and observed National Board of Education Appreciation Month.
Students from Lincoln Elementary shared their appreciation for the new house system on campus. They explained how the program has fostered collaboration, teamwork, and a sense of belonging among students and staff.
The Pryor High School Student Council also expressed their thanks by presenting the Board with a "Thank You" banner, a token of appreciation for their continued support of the district.
In an exciting moment, the Pryor High School Pom squad was recognized for winning the Hip Hop 5A State Championship. Coach Rachelle Stimson shared her pride in the team's performance, emphasizing that they competed against much larger programs and still emerged victorious.
