High School Tigers in Jeanine Clark’s Culinary Classes have successfully completed the ANSI National Accreditation Board Food Handler Permit, earning a three-year certification through the Efoodhandlers online testing program—an industry-standard credential.
With 40 students sitting for the accreditation, Clark is pleased with her students' commitment to the course.
“I am so very proud of them and their hard work and professionalism,” said Clark.
Culinary students in Clark’s program gain hands-on experience in the kitchen paired with comprehensive online coursework. The curriculum emphasizes essential food safety practices, developing both understanding and awareness of critical industry standards.
